We'll hit it again!

Felt like running down a water buffalo this morning and getting Caveman with it, the Total brings something out of you, in a primal sort of way...

Erik commented this morning about loading the blog, that there were 5 or 6 people that would be "bummed" about not making this one.

Brett, you were just one of the bunch. You need your rest day. Erik said you were doing like 8 WOD's in 5 days, or something like that.

Was everyone else at the "No Shows Cafe"-- a place where you can sip a latte, and wax poetical about the WOD you missed amidst the comfort of your slippers or big screen TV. Erik's new business plan.
