1-8 Pullup Ladder...

"Not Chelsea"

Each Minute, On the Minute for 12 Minutes:

6 Thrusters (75# Rx)
6 SDHP (75# Rx)


9AM:

3-3-3-3-3 Deadlifts, 85% 1 RM

Rest 5 minutes

Metcon: "Half Cindy"

10 Minute AMRAP--no slop, good movement, all points of performance hit:

5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 AirSquats

This is an ass kicker and I think Eric took it light on us by only having us go 12 minutes. I'll bet it is longer Rx'd.

Were you there for the 6AM class? That's what we did on Sunday. I have comments on that WOD.

Well, I'm still dizzy from that "not chelsea" (or maybe from that great Penn State win on Saturday). Anyway, I was doing fine with the 75# and then around min 7 & 8, I entered the 'tunnel'. I knew there were people next to me, but I couldn't tell you who they even were (we had 12 or so in class). Around minute 9 or 10, I missed a minute, was still doing SDHP when Erik said "Start!". Finished round 12 at minute 13.

I was crushed all day.
