Dynamic Warmup:
JJ's, Claps, CC's, Lateral Lunges, Prisoners, Pigeons
Squats, Pushups, True Bootstrappers


WOD:

HIIT Sequence with Kettlebells (High Intensity Interval Training)

6 Rounds of 6 Movements, 40 seconds of Work with 20 Seconds of Rest between Movements for a total of 36 work/rest cycles. (Consider the plank active rest)

Movements:

Snatches L
Snatches R
Swings (Russian)
T-Stabilization Push Ups
AbMat Situps
Planks

Move with a sense of purpose and high intensity, relative to your ability. Try and maintain consistent reps throughout the entire Sequence.

I'll be picking up my OE 800 after I finish my can of Cold Cock Malt Liquor. Next time I should determine if my team can actually in before I talk smack.
